By Edgar Allen Poe

That’s right, you totally guessed it! It’s my first every audiobook narration and it’s a classic by Edgar Allen Poe. It’s a little different for the show, certainly more macabre, and a whole lot more Poetic.

Plague and pestilence ravage the country while the elite hide securely in their castellated abbeys. The walls are designed to keep the plague out, and the revelers in; but can that truly stop the red death?

The Masque of the Red Death is a famous short story by Edgar Allen Poe. It feels like an especially relatable story now. Some might even say quite apropos.

I’ve been slowly working my way into doing more audiobook narration and voice acting work. You can expect to hear bits and pieces of inspiration from time to time on the podcast. I hope you enjoy this one. It’s a first, but I certainly don’t intend it to be the last!

Missed the last episode of the show?
